Justyna Martyniak
Justyna is business Application specialist in Microsoft on financial sector. She works with banks and insurance companies on their digital transformation projects. She has over 15 years of experience from banking market where she was responsiblefor CRM, data analytics and deploying AI into banking processes. As transformation leader Justyna was active member of merger projects and evolution/revolution of one of the biggest financial groups in Poland. Working past 15 years at BNP Paribas, BGŻ, SygmaBank, Fortis Bank, she was part of business, process and IT systems’ transformation. In her career Justyna was working on both corporate, SME and retail side of the bank. She has broad experience of building and implementing business applications and complexsolutions to improve revenue in banks. She has experience in Product Owner role in Agile projects which can help companies in fast implementations of digital transformation.
Justyna finished Mathematics studies at Politechnika Warszawska which gave her very strong knowledge of innovative technologies using AI methods.
